After much debate about where Wallabies' star Israel Folau will play for the Waratahs this season, he looks set to remain at fullback.

NSW coach Daryl Gibson has been debating whether to move Folau from the No.15 position to outside centre after the departure of Adam Ashley-Cooper.

However, it now looks likely that Rob Horne will wear No.13 jersey to begin the Super Rugby season.

“At this stage I haven't really spoken in-depth to Daryl positional wise, so I think at this stage No.15 is the most I'm most comfortable with,” Folau said.

“I'll probably play there for the first few games.

“If I get that chance to have a go at No.13 I'll be very excited about taking that opportunity, but at this stage I'm just worried about making sure my ankle is right and getting back to playing.”

Folau only returned to full training this week after injuring his ankle in the World Cup.
