during the Super Rugby Pre-Season match between the Reds and the Brumbies at Ballymore Stadium on February 12, 2016 in Brisbane, Australia.

Coach Stephen Larkham admits it's now or never for his Brumbies side.

With several key players set to leave for overseas at the end of the year, Larkham says the time to perform is now.

“This group of players has been together probably four or five years and we know that a number of the guys are going overseas or to a different franchise next year and it's probably our last opportunity as a group to achieve something,” he said.

The Brumbies reached the Super Rugby final in 2013, before being knocked out in the semifinals in the past two seasons.

“We've been somewhat successful over the last couple of years … and it doesn't sit well with us that we've had OK seasons but not great seasons," Larkham said.

“We've spent a bit of time talking about that and realised that this is a great opportunity but there's a fair bit of luck and hard work that goes into it.”

Brumbies' captain Stephen Moore is set to leave for the Reds at season's end, while David Pocker is likely to leave for an English club. Matt Toomua has signed a deal with English club Leicester from 2017.
